There is this phenomenal resource created by the Food Bank of the Rockies which is a good start to aiding providers with what foods to recommend to a culturally-diverse population of patients: https://49bfkv3cr9u47rl8x1hwdp9u-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Food-Preference-by-Culture-5.17.21.pdf.
